My husband has two felonys that are old and just recently got out less than three months ago for a 6month charge and now in trouble again this time its a misdemnor will they raise it to a felony. I called today to her attoney office and she said that his attonrey will see him tommorow but couldnt tell me nothing

Depends on what it is. Some types of charges can be enhanced to felonies.
