i live in the state of missouri and i have a roomate who is the second person on the lease the lease that i have with the landlord. the lease is a month by month lease. the roomate does not pay rent and is now doing drugs and other illegal activities in my apartment and i want him out asap. am i able to remove his belongings and change the locks on the door while he is at work without being arrested?

Under the facts you described, it would be unlawful for you to lock that person out. You could sue them for their share of the rent and evict them that way
