Question

I am concerned that my mother with dementia may have added informationTo some health forms that were part of my daughters health forms for college. We have been informed that a meeting has been scheduled to determine who had signed one of the documents. It appeared that they are investigating and i am not certain If thats what occured but when they indicated height and weight are totally different i believe this is a strong possibolity.

Answer

my answer from yesterday is cut & pasted below.

on a college application I do not believe there would be any criminal law issues surfacing.

if you hear from a law enforcement agency, then you may want to consult a few local criminal defense attorneys.

otherwise, this is just a "civil" issue (if any issue at all.)

good luck!
