What does a car need to be road legal?
well, it cannot be an unsafe vehicle- no broken windows,no crushed or missing doors,must have a windshield and wipers,must have all 4 tires,must have front AND back bumper,its must not have any vulgarity or rascism on the vehicle,must be able to go over 80 miles per hour,cannot be longer than 20 feet(limos) or taller than 10 feet(big rigs),and must be able to go under bridges.
