my husband has pled guilty to carnal knowledge of a juvenile and was sentenced to 5 yrs. At the time we were under the impression by his lawyer that he would be eligible for good time prior to accepting plea. Can he file a motion or something to get his sentence reduced and if so what time frame does he have to file it?

He has two years to file for post conviction relief.
