i had put over $15,000 in my wife's house. she had it before we married. we both lived in it. the money came from my 401k, i had before we married. we are seperated. can i get my money back?.

Why did you do this? You converted a separate asset into a marital one. You may be able to claim part of the home. However, I don't know what other marital or non-marital assets there are or your circumstances. You need to speak to a family law attorney now.
