In the merriam webster thesaurus, on the other hand, the word/s next to/similar to ecstasy are cloud nine, elatedness, elation, euphoria, exhilaration, heaven, high, intoxication, paradise, rapture, rhapsody, seventh heaven, swoon and transport.
EXcellent reference with words. For me a similar experience for a natural high would be nude recreation such as a nude beach, or nude volleyball or nude swimming or nude bicycling. Is this what you are looking for? This is the high I would hope for like ecstasy.
