I was at a bbq and my 5 year old grandchild was too. A family member of his saw me smoking a joint there and called CPS on me. They're coming to my home in the next day or so. Do I have to drugtest for them and can they watch me pee if they ask me too? This is in Hempstead, Texas. Thanks

You don't have to let them into your house, even if they bring a cop, unless they have a warrant. Just say "no." And keep saying "no."

Smoking a joint? This is hardly grounds for them to snatch your child.
