We have lived in our home since 1994. We planted four trees along the fence line for privacy. A few years later new neighbors moved in and added a pool below our trees. The neighbors complain about the wind blowing leaves into their pool, they have come over the property line and cut our branches endangering the trees and their stability. We have asked them to stop, we have hired arborist to cut them and not the regular gardeners, they said they will do it when and however they want and will continue to do so. What can we do to get them to stop?
