Girlfriend signed my lease with my permission. Can I get out of the lease.

You have indicated that you authorized your girlfriend to sign the lease. This is no different than you actually signing it. And presumably, the landlord was relying on the fact that he/she had a binding lease. It appears to me that you are bound by lease terms.
