Question

I was assaulted in a bar, I put out an arrest warrent. Now what should I do. I am receiving doctor bills that I felt he should be responsible For.

Answer

Once the guy's charged, you can ask the Commonwealth/County attorney to pursue restitution for you. But likely you'll have to file a civil suit against him, which you won't be able to pursue until the criminal case is disposed (although you need to file within one year). You should go ahead and find an attorney though, find out if the guy has any assets or wages to garnish. If not, suing him would be pointless.
