I have a tenant who is being difficult with allowing my realtor to schedule showings in order to sell the house. Can I force her to allow the showings to occur? We have been trying to set up a mutually convenient time, but she shoots it down with one excuse or another.

Your written lease agreement would control. What does it say? You may need to have an attorney write a letter enforcing your rights.
