My final judgment dissolving marriage was granted in 1996. My name as respondent was not my full legal name. In order for my divorce to be recognized in Italy, my name must be as shown on my birth certificate. Do I need an amendment to the final judgment to include my middle name

YOu could file a Motion to Amend Dissolution of Marriage to reflect correct name of Petitioner.

If the Judge approves, his office will do an order granting same.
