Purchase of autobile led to believe that there was permanent finacing but have had the car for over a month got insurance on vehical. But a month later no perminant financing has been received. What should I do?

It appears that u did not purchase this vehicle from a dealership but from a local person. I would suggest you have whatever the terms you and the other party agreed to put into writing under a contract. If that is not possible, then my advice would be to return the vehicle. Good luck.
