My mother in law and her husband signed their mobile home over to me and my husband almost 3 years ago...now they want it back..they had their lawyer to send a threatening letter and I had a lawyer send them a letter that we will not sign it back over now my lawyer wants to see us in his office,,why?

You don't really expect lawyers to speculate as to the reason your lawyer wants to see you - do you? Why don't you just call the lawyer and ask? Anyway, if I were to speculate, my speculation would be this: if your lawyer failed to follow the cardinal rule of 'get your fee up front' - he/she may possibly be calling about a payment - eh, its as good a guess as any, I suppose.
