I am getting charged with driving with a suspended license, drug possession and also drug paraphernalia. Can I renew my license before the court process is over?

If you get your license back you have a good chance of getting that charge reduced to no drivers' license. On the other hand you may have your license suspended because of the drug charge. Talk to your attorney.
