I live in NYC.I'm starting my own babysitting and tutoring service. I know that many families in Manhattan are seeking babysitters, so I wanted to advertise there. What streets can I hand out flyers on, legally? Can I hand out flyers in Central Park, or next to a school? Thanks

As strange as this may sound, I suggest you contact the NYC Chamber of Commerce and the local Small Business Administration and Aid. They may have better suggestions for you considering the various licenses, insurance and taxes involved.
