Question

We invested money with a financial advisor and he died. His estate was frozen and now we can't get to our money. He was the only one overseeing our account what do we do now?

Answer

File as a creditor.

Answer

The money was invested and is in the name of the financial advisor only? Sounds like a problem. You should contact an attorney and file claim as soon as possible.

Answer

I am with Mr. Stein on this one. If you invested money and the investor placed in his name, you have nothing. Run...........to an attorney.
