Is it illegal for a Non-Profit Organization to put a link or endorse on their website a t-shirt company that make t-shirts with the NPO's logo on them, even if the t-shirt company is drawing a profit? And what if the NPO "owner" and the t-shirt business owner are the same individual?

Does not sound like an issue if all of the appropriate paperwork is kept up.
