Is it 3:30 am to 3:30 pm considered grave yard shift?
Answer
There is no official legal meaning of "graveyard shift." Even just using common language, if there are only two 12-hour shifts beginning and ending at 3:30, it would be hard to say either one is or is not the "graveyard" shift.
