in our divorce (dissolution) the wife took the house as part of settlement, in almost 3 years she has been late on payment more than not, in Kentucky I know I can file with court to have Judge scold her, but can I get the decree changed to state the house has to be refinanced (taking my name off mortgage) or sold in 6 months - 1 year since she has been late on payment so many times?
