I was driving after dark. 8 pm. And had arrived at my brother in laws. Was about to get out, when the cop pulled in. He said my tall lights weren't working. The truck had no insurance and the registration was expired. the cop gave me a ticket for improper plates and no insurance. And unfounded my truck. So, can i get ticket and inpounded on private property??
