How come when the heater fan is turned on the 1995 Neon stalls or almost stalls?
Guess:
Best Guess is defrost or AC are on and the engine is having troublerunning the compressor. This is common on these cars when they haveanother fault with the way they run.
Second best guess, The engine has a run problem, and the extra loadcauses it to be worse.
