Can custody be switched back to me if my ex is being stationed overseas and wants to take the kids with him? He has full custody and is allowed to choose where they live. I don't find it in their best interested to be overseas away from me (their mother), extended family, and another sibling (half sister.)

I would talk to an attorney in your county immediately before he leaves the country with the children. You need to prove to the judge that this move is not in the children's best interests.
