I live in Georgia. I let a friend who was going to be homeless move in with me. I have paid for her phone and storage facility and all related expenses for her living in my home (over $3,000); she has only reimbursed me a few hundred dollars. Now, 15 months later I have asked her to move out. If she does not, do I have to go through legal channels to evict her (is this now a landlord-tenant situation)?
