Long story short, the pastor of our church died about 3 years ago so his wife filled in his place then yesterday she died. We just figured out that her daughter became power of attorney a few months back and she was not a mener of the church but has changed the locks and his making decisions for the church as who the paster will be and the church doesnt have a say so. What the church memebers want to know is does he have the leagl right to do this ? And the memebers of the church who have been putting they money into the church truly have no say in this matter?
