i want to modify for joint custody of my son & i live in a different county, can i file here or do i need to send to the county where my divorce was filed? also, i was served an order to show cause because my ex wants to move out of state with our child? please, what do i do?

If you already have an OSC re: move-away, you have to file your request as a response to the OSC.
