Question

My granddaughter is 18 and at a party where underage drinking was occurring. She does not and was not drinking (breathalyzer was 0.0) but she received a ticket anyway. She went before a magistrate and he talked her into a no contest plea and now goes to a probation officer. This was in Medina, Ohio. What will happen from here and should she have pled no contest? Can her record be cleared or expunged?

Answer

It's hard to answer this question not knowing what she was actually charged with.
