I am getting a divorce which will be final in January. I signed an agreement with my husband using his attorney. We had quite a few assets and I was under a lot of stress. I now regret signing and money has exchanged hands. Is it impossible to get a lawyer and fight this now?

It is never impossible to get a lawyer. Get one. Then show the agreement and ask these questions to that lawyer. Good luck.
