How do you play Shooting Star Dragon without Formula Synchron?
You could so something convoluted - like summon Armory Arm, use Lightwave Tuning on it, then equip it with Demotion, making it a Lv2 Synchro Tuner (it only has to be Lv4 to be a legal target for Lightwave Tuning, it doesn't matter if the level changes after).
Or you could just wait for Formula Synchron to come out.
