Question

Answer

The case would actually have to be brought back before the court. My best guess is that the warrant would be recalled and thew case dismissed. You have to actually appear in court this time. if this happened in Cook County, please call me at (708) 263-8212.

Answer

I agree that an attorney should be able to get te warrant recalled although in some courts you may still have to post bond. Then, because of the age of the charge, it may be possible to have it thrown out. I handle such cases in several counties, and you may contact me directly.
