Initially new H1B was applied as premium processing(along with RFE response)... Next it was showing denial, with in a month Motion to Reopen is filed. The status is showing Initial review after 2 months 20 days, will it be considered as premium processing from Initial Review?

Premium processing is not applicable to Motions or Appeals.
