If you're thinking of a real-life event, then the time it would take would be far more down to traffic conditions and the amount of laws the driver are willing to break rather than the performance of the car.If you are talking about an entirely fictional even, then it'd depend on how you define car. A top fuel dragster is quite nippy, but wouldn't be able to travel much more than a couple of blocks at a time. Then there is the Thrust SSC, which is capable of going supersonic, but has even more extreme restrictions on running surfaces and similar. Fastest production car is Bugatti Veyron, but not even that one would be able to cover the distance at full blast.
