My friend's toxicology report came back positive for high levels of cocaine about six months ago. She does not use anymore and she needs to know how long the hospital records can incriminate her. She has a small child and is trying to seek help in getting out of an abusive relationship but does not want the child to be taken out of her custody due to these drug records.
