I was scammed! I received two random checks in the mail, after i signed up for a Secret Shopping job. I thought it was my pay for going to the random place and scoring them. I cashed one check and got the money instantly, i received another check two day later, but this check had to clear! So I receive a call 5 days later from my credit union stating that The check were fake and that they are going to press charges, I have a detective calling me the whole 9. So today open my mail box and see random letters from lawyers saying that I have been charged with a crime and I have court coming up soon they can represent me! I am confused scared and flustered because I don;t no what going to happen and the process can somebody tell me!
