USAA locked me out of my account and closed it without notifying me .... called them up and they said I had to do identity verification after being with them for years. Currently I am staying at a friends house so I have my bills going to a PO Box and they said it has to go to a physical address.... they said it was due to patriot act.... Is this a violation of my rights?
