Real Estate Litigation
Situation: Contract built house next door, failed to build separate sewer lines- state & city law. My bsmt flooded, seek pymt for damages, plumbing costs & to have lines separated. Have witnesses & photos of proof. Sent personal letter w/no response. What is my best course of action? Send Atty letter? Make inspectors boss aware of situation? Present matter to city?
