I was in a car accident on 12/26/10 that gave me 2 herniated discs I'm a c.n.a. Nurse working in nursing home my doctor took me out of work on 12/27/10 -4/11/11 but when I was to return it was light duty my job said not hurt on job no light duty .ps... Also while out I filled out for short term disability which my job pays me and I filled out f.m.l.a. Papers they told me I have to return on 3/27/11 to keep my job I cant my doctor said no return on that date so I put in writing to extend my f.m.l.a for 30 day they wrote me a letter in the mail fired can they do that..
