A car is stopped at a two way stop sign and turning left and another car approaches and stops but is going straight who has the right of way?
If a car is turning left from a stop sign and another car is comingtowards them that also has to stop, the car that got to the stopsign first has the right of way. If they both get to the stop signat the same time, the car that is going straight has the right ofway.
