Question

Answer

Most countries will enforce judgments from the courts of other countries. Whether and how a particular American judgment could be enforced in Brazil will depend upon that country's laws. The judgment creditor would probably have to hire a lawyer in Brazil, but if the judgment is large enough and your properties are valuable enough then it would make sense for him to do this.

Answer

Generally yes, but you should speak with an attorney in Brazil.
