Question

if you were convicted and served 5 years in prison for aggravated sexual battery because you were pressured to sign a plea bargain at 23 years old by a lawyer who has since been disbarred and have your case file with documents stating your "confession" was going to be thrown out based on the idea it was a forced confession, there was no DNA evidence, No sculpitory evidence, and proof you were at work at the time of the crime... is there any way to reopen the case to prove innocence?

Answer

Very unlikely (in my opinion). Furthermore, I see no claim from you that

you actually did not commit the crime of which you were convicted and

were falsely accused and wrongly prosecuted.
