i seperated from my husband november 2010, we were doing 50/50 custody until march 21st i have them 100 percent of the time. we both filed for divorce/custody of children on march 22 he filed in riverside county and i filed in orange county were i live. what happens now with both 2 cases being oipen in different counties. do i proceed to respond or what steps should be taken
