What does admin per se mean?
According to the California DMV, when you drive in California, you consent to take a test of your breath or blood or, under certain circumstances, your urine if you are arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination of both. An "Admin Per Se" usually refers to the DMV hearing that determines drivers license suspension. You only have ten days from the date of your arrest to request this hearing.
