Internet Adultery?
I just found evidence (in computer & credit card statement) that my husband of 10 years is seeking internet relationships & viewing pornographic materials at home. I have two step-children & two biological children. Can this info be used against his character in divorce court?

California is a no fault divorce state. His conduct will not change the division of the community property and debts. It may however, have an affect on the custody and visitation order. The affect if any would depend upon the circumstances and facts.
