i know a lady that has three children and took in another child. She lives in a two bedroom apt. She has turned her walk in closet in the master bedroom into a bed room for her son, the dinning room into a 'room' for her 10 yr old daughter and the two teenage girls have the other beedroom. Isnt this illegal??
