I am a excutor of a trust and have sold my moms house to my sister it is a registered mortgage in the state of Kansas wyandotte county. My sister has not made any payments for three years and has not paid any property taxes either... What can I do to get the house out of her name and either sale or refinance the home for repairs.

If you had your sister execute a note, you may be able to do a foreclosure, ( if the trust business you adequate powers) You should take your paperwork to an attorney in your area, so they can give specific advice about your options.
