How do I find out if someone cashed in savings bonds? My boyfriends children were given e & ee bonds when they were born & for many years after for holidays, birthdays etc..him & his wife split & now she claims her mother has the bonds, mother is deceased..father knows nothing about them. My boyfriend thinks his X cashed in the bonds when she needed money.How does he go about finding out if in fact she did? All he has are his children's soc sec #'s.
