Hi my mom bought me a car but it is not in my name. It is fuly intended to be my car just as my sister recieved a car of equal value from my mom. My mom has said my whole life that she would pay for four years of college just as she did when my sister went to college. I am 18 and my mom wants to kick me out of the home her and my father own. Can i legaly get any compensation if she decides to do so?

A promise is just that. As far as I know you have no legal recourse against your parents.
