hello i purchased 10 acres of land in va. had it surveyed to find uot there is a double wide trailer well and septic on my property. ask the people to move it they filled bankruptcy and left now a bank owns the double wide how do i get them to move it or let me have it. there ist still trash in it from 4 years ago and some comes on my land every month and checks it any help would be greatful

So, send the bank that owns the doublewide written notice to come

and move it by a date certain or that you will have no alternative but to

resort to your own remedies to dispose of it.
