Imy boyfriend gave someone a ride they got pulled over and in a backpack that of course was not my boyfriends they found stuff for a meth lab. Nowmy boyfriend is charged with two felonies

He would almost always be charged, but a jury trial would decide f he knew about what was in the backpack and whether that constitutes actual possession - so this is a credibility issue.
